Itech outfish their competitors at Sanford

The heaviest carp was caught by Ski Johan with a 2.840 kg. The next round will be the knock out round on October 25 at Sanford.

The Natal Fresh Water Angling Association held their second league round at Sandford this past weekend.
Fisherman took to Zones A, B and D in the hopes of winning the grand prize. The cold and overcast day did not stop the anglers from attending as the teams had all members present which contributed to the excellent catches made on the day. League 2 was sponsored by Fish and Chip Co of Ladysmith and it was Itech Free Spool who were victorious, winning the R1000 prize.
Riverside Angling Club came second followed by Docrats, Dannhauser, Glencoe and Chelmsford Angling Club.
