Public disturbance perpetrators granted bail

It was brought forward that both the accused were previously sentenced for assault

Sibusiso Mazibuko and Ntombizonke Dladla appeared before the Dundee Magistrate’s Court this morning on charges of public disturbance.

The two perpetrators were arrested after the night of violence in Craigside, adjacent to the Dundee Vryheid Road on Sunday night.

Accused number one, Sibusiso and accused number two, Ntombizonke both opted to conduct their own defence.

They were both granted bail set at R300.

It was brought forward that both the accused were previously sentenced for assault.

Sibusiso was sentenced six months in December 2014.

Ntombizonke was also sentenced six months in 2011.

They will next appear on September 3, pending further investigation.
