Police are offering a R50 000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects involved in a murder and rape in Ntabamhlophe.

Snethemba Mayaba was raped and shot dead on August 6 when she was walking with her boyfriend.

“The victim was with her boyfriend when an unknown male pointed a firearm at them, the boyfriend ran away. The victim was then raped and shot three times,” explained police spokesperson Major Thulani Zwane.
