Driver loses control near cemetery

The driver of a VW Polo allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed near the cemetery this morning.

It it believed he had difficulty controlling the car after a ball-joint failed, and hit the pavement.

Sharaj Ambulance Services responded and treated 2 occupants in the Polo for minor injuries, after which they were taken to hospital for further treatment.

Public Safety controlled traffic while breakdown services removed the vehicle from the road.
