Miya family fun run:
On Saturday, October 24, a fun run was organised in aid of the Miya family who lost everything in a horrific fire. The run was organised by Mrs Madondo (DHS) and Mrs Naidoo (Ethangeni Combined School). The run started at 9am with approximately 75 participants. Excitement ran high as the runners set off to run for a cause. The organisers would like to thank Ethangeni Combined School’s principal and staff as well as the DHS Helping Hands Group and learners. The Traffic Department made sure that the day ran smoothly and Dr. Kunene provided much needed sponsorships. Many supporters ensured that the event was a success. The organisers, Mrs Madondo and Mrs Naidoo, are truly an inspiration to all.
