Scholars get ready to roll your sleeves up

If you would like to make a blood donation you are required to be 16-years and over and weigh 50 kilograms and above

The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) will be stopping by at Estcourt High School today from 9am to 2pm.

Staff and students of the school are invited to support this worthy cause by donating a lifesaving pint of plasma.

On Thursday, February 4 the SANBS team will be making a stop at Drakensberg Secondary School between 9am and 2pm.

If you would like to make a blood donation you are required to be 16-years and over and weigh 50 kilograms and above.

Don’t forget to have a filling meal and stay hydrated with up to eight glasses of water a night before you make a blood donation.
