Library Week fun for Glencoe Primary

Glencoe Public library celebrated Library Week from March 14-19 with the theme ‘Libraries 4 LifeLong Learning’, to encourage the importance of reading in the community.
The principal, Mr Kajee, staff, parents and the junior phase learners from Glencoe Primary School (Violet Street), visited the library and really enjoyed themselves.
Some of the learners were very excited as it was their first time visiting a public library and seeing the wide range of books and other material the library has for patrons to use.
