Police make progress as they clamp down on crime
A specialised police task team are cracking down on crime and have already recovered items stolen during the recent house breaking cases in Dundee.
The five members are dealing specifically with house breaking cases and recovered 5 flatscreen TV’s, 5 laptops, a tablet and some phones.
The project, Operation Rastaman, aims to catch the suspect believed to be responsible for the spate of house breaking cases in the area and the death of Banele Ndlela-Phungula.
Police are urging residents to contact them should they have any further information and to report to the station to identify items recovered, if they believe it is theirs.
