Lots to buy at fun senior centre fête
Stalls sold everything from food and clothing to books and a variety of other knickknacks

The Koekie Jacobsz Senior Service Centre held a fête and car boot sale on Saturday morning in Francis / Mason Road.
Stalls sold everything from food and clothing to books and a variety of other knickknacks.
The book stalls saw shoppers searching for their favourite authors so they could take some enthralling reading material home and snuggle up in front of the heater on these icy-cold nights.
Speaking of the cold, the nippy weather on Saturday morning did not even seem to bother the elderly, as they enjoyed mingling with one another and the fête-goers. Starting at 9am, the hopeful sellers hung around until just after lunchtime to give everyone an opportunity to browse and decide what they wanted to buy.
A fun-filled morning outing enjoyed by one and all!
