Arnold responding well to treatment after horrific shooting
'All patients in ICU have a nurse sitting by their bedside 24 hours a day at Inkhosi Albert Luthuli hospital--isn't that just incredible care?'
Arnold Goettsch is responding well to treatment at Albert Luthuli Hospital, Durban, following Monday’s farm attack in Hattingspruit where Arnold was shot four times.
This is an update from Dorothea Goettsch:
‘Hello again everybody! I went to both visiting hours today with Arnold Goettsch, and I could see a vast improvement between this afternoon’s visit and this evening’s visit. In the afternoon he was nodding his response to questions, moving his feet, and even smiling a little. By tonight he was full of smiles, and even chuckled a couple of times! It warms my heart!
I will be printing each and every Facebook comment that you have posted, and I will read them to Arnold tomorrow, because he expressed interest in hearing what you all have to say! Little does he know that the visiting hour only lasts 60 minutes–and I might not even have time to read them all!
All patients in ICU have a nurse sitting by their bedside 24 hours a day at Inkhosi Albert Luthuli hospital–isn’t that just incredible care? We are so blessed!’
