Dundee hospital supports the drive by the MEC for Health, Dr SM Dlomo in condemning the use of unsafe practices for termination of pregnancy, as this could have negative consequences for the community.
“Dundee Hospital has pleasure in informing the community of Umzinyathi District and surrounding areas that the hospital will be providing the choice of termination of pregnancy services to the community it caters for,” said Hospital CFO, HSA. Kanyi, “Every effort has been made to ensure that patients who seek this service are assisted in a professional and welcoming environment with utmost confidentiality.
“Members of the community are encouraged to visit the facility and seek assistance and/or clarity in this regard.”
