‘The Battle of Mogadishu: Day of the Rangers’ was part of ‘Operation Gothic Serpent’ and was fought on October 3 and 4, 1993, in Mogadishu. Saturday’s re-enactment saw flags being hoisted and the players giving it their all as they always do!
Shots were fired and positions defended until the winning team finally triumphed, not worrying about the bruises they picked up along the way. Never is warfare this much fun!
Another event will be held soon.
