Important prayer days at Dundee Hindu Temple

The Dundee Hindu Temple will observe Varalakshmi Varatham Lakshmi Prayers on
Friday, August 12. Abeshagham will be conducted at 10am. Prayer service will commence at 6pm. Bhajans and devotional songs will be rendered.
Gita week and Krishna Janamasthami August 19-25
One may argue that because this material world is created by God, He is responsible for its condition.
However, living entities create their own unfavourable situations by their own destructive behaviour.
Once, long ago the world became overburdened by unrighteousness brought about by demons, who were disturbing the peace of mankind.
Gita week celebrations will commence from Friday, August 19, and will continue until Thursday, August 25, with Satsangh commencing at 6pm daily.
The Dundee Hindu Temple will be celebrating Krishna Janamasthami on
Thursday, August 25, from 6pm onwards. The programme will include bhajans, kirtans, dances and discourses.
All are welcome to offer worship and take part in the celebration.

The first Saturday prayer on September 17 will be conducted at the Dundee Hindu Temple at 3.30pm.
