Set for the 40th Mpati mountain race

The 40th annual Mpati Mountain Race will be held over a tough course up and down Mpati hill on September 3.
Hosted by Biggarsberg Athletic Club, the race will start at 2pm from Dundee Junior School.
The first two km’s are run through town followed by a 6km climb up mountain paths, followed by about 3km’s of downhill mountain paths. The last 4km’s are run on both tar and through the veld. The day includes a 5km fun run/walk. Pre entries close at 5pm on September 1 and cost R100. Entries on race day cost R120. A temporary license costs R20 and entry fee for the 5km fun run/walk is R30.
