NEWCASTLE – Wrapping up Women’s Month with a bang, members of the fairer sex donned their flashy heels in anticipation of Ladies Night Out, hosted by Blackrock Casino on Saturday, August 27.

Chanting “we want more,” animated women welcomed the popular Cover Boys to the stage. While some younger lasses flushed crimson with coyness, the bolder ones threw caution to the wind and cheered with gay abandon while the Cover Boys’ provided an interactive performance.

Master of Ceremonies, Weza Matomane mesmerised the audience with his suave enchanting voice.

Keeping their toes tapping to DJ PSA’s live mix of the quintessential Weather Girls hit, It’s raining men, attendees indulged in cocktails while enjoying the company of friends and danced the night away.

Promotions Coordinator for Blackrock Casino, Candice Chetty said: “The idea was to create a fun, safe environment for ladies to come together and have a great night out. Also a reason for them to get dressed up and treat themselves for being strong women.”
