3 gunmen rob Steadville tuck shop
The perpetrators got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, airtime and cigarettes
A tuck shop was robbed in Steadville today (September 8) by three armed men.
The robbers pointed guns at the employee who was selling at the time and demanded that he open up for them. Fearing they would shoot him, he did as he was told.
When the gun-wielding thugs got into the tuck shop, they assaulted the employee (who does not want to be named) and demanded that he hand over certain items.
The perpetrators got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, airtime and cigarettes.
Police and EMRS responded to the scene.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Police are currently hunting for the three criminals.
