A walk down the pitch of days gone by

VRYHEID Cricket Club recently started the cricket season with a well attended festival at Cecil Emmett Park, ringing in their 50th anniversary season.

In commemoration of the club’s half century on the pitch, a memorable walk down the pitch of days gone by has sparked some interest from cricket loving community members as old photos have resurfaced, giving them a glimpse of the club’s older teams and historical moments.
