– Finally :
December 2016 to January 2017 – Grade 12 pupils are requested to donate blood after they have completed their final examinations.
A token of appreciation will await them.
– Young Blood Promotion:
November to December – Loved ones of primary and pre-primary school pupils are encouraged to donate blood. The pupils will receive a surprise visit and gift from Blood Buddy when they return to school in the new year
– #Oh I am but what are you:
November to December is dedicated to ‘knowing your blood type’. First time donors will have the opportunity of guessing what blood type they are. When they return to donate again, their actual blood type will be revealed. Those who guessed correctly will receive a prize.
– O’ so Special Day:
November 15 – Target is usually 14 units, but for this day, it will be 50.
– ‘on show’ Show Down:
November 29 – Real estate agencies will compete to see who can donate the most blood.
