Breaking news: 5 vehicles stolen from NTT Toyota

Five brand new vehicles were stolen off the showroom floor at NTT Toyota last night.

According to police spokesperson, Major Vusi Mbatha, the robbers are believed to have gained entrance to the premises by forcing the main door open with a crowbar.

Three Fortuners, one Toyota double-cab and one Toyota single-cab were taken.

Vryheid Herald reporter, Sine Thwala, and Major Mbatha are currently en route to Kingsley, where it is believed that one of the vehicles have been found completely burned out.

Major Mbatha suspects that the vehicle may have caught alight after the robber crashed it while trying to make a quick getaway.

The other vehicles are believed to have been taken to Johannesburg.
