The Estcourt Lions Club, together with Sister Jenny Wreford will be hosting a free diabetes testing clinic this Saturday.

You can get your blood glucose level tested at from 9am at the Christmas Market, which will be held at the Methodist Church ground.

Diabetes can be controlled if it is diagnosed in time. Do not miss this opportunity.

Some warning signs for diabetes:

• Constant fatigue/tiredness.
• Frequent urination.
• Unexplained weight loss.
• Unexplained itchiness of the skin.
• Blurred vision.
