Water has been gushing out of a burst pipe in Settlers Drive from early this morning (Friday).
Clean drinking water is flooding the road, with motorists having to drive carefully through the mini river.
Residents are fuming that many people have been without water since last night and that uThukela does not seem interested in fixing a pipe that is wasting so much clean water.
“uThukela really need to catch a wake-up and fix what needs to be fixed urgently,” said one furious motorist.
