Schoolchildren were injured in a crash in Miller Road this morning (March 16) as they were on their way to school in a taxi.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Emergency personnel were on scene.

Concerned residents, together with panicked parents, crowded around to see if they could do anything, all the while praying that their children were okay and not badly injured.

The injured and shocked children were treated by paramedics and transported to hospital for further treatment.
