Previously, if you wanted to watch Netflix in South Africa, you needed a credit card or direct debit card.

Well, not anymore. All you need is a cell-phone with access to the Google Play Store. And a prepaid Google Play Voucher which can be purchased from any supermarket.

The voucher allows you to put anything from R150 to R5000 in your Google Wallet at the supermarket till using cash.

Once you have money in your wallet, download the Netflix APP from the Google Play Store. You will get an option of how you want to pay.

One of the options will be to pay with your Google Wallet.

The bonus is you also get the free month again if you use an expired existing account or create a new account.
