Encouraging Ladysmith residents to help increase blood levels in KZN province

The day saw donors parting with their precious blood that is needed throughout the province

The Satya Sai Centre of Ladysmith held a blood drive on Sunday at the Ladysmith Blood Donor Clinic, San Marco Centre. Members of the Satya Sai Centre were seen “coaxing” people in to donate blood, as blood levels in KZN are currently very low.

The day saw donors parting with their precious blood that is needed throughout the province.

Nilesh Maistry from the Satya Sai Centre made his 50th donation on Sunday, leading by example as he showed support for the drive.

The next blood drive by the Satya Sai Centre will be held on January 7 next year.
