Sixteen Ichthus swimmers participated in the KZN Christian Schools gala in Durban on Saturday, 24 February. Schools from North Durban, South Durban and the North Coast participated in the gala.
The competition was tough, but the Ichthus swimmers showed their enthusiasm and they participated with passion.

Sibanisethu Mazibuko (G u/7): 25m Freestyle – 3rd; 25m Breaststroke – 3rd; 25m Backstroke – 2nd; 25m Butterfly – 1st (new record).
Khanya Mbonani (G u/7): 25m Freestyle – 5th; 25m Breaststroke – 1st; 25m Backstroke – 3rd; 25m Butterfly – 2nd.
Malusi Mbonani (B u/8): 25m Freestyle – 9th; 25m Breaststroke – 6th; 25m Backstroke – 7th; 25m Butterfly – 7th.
