Arson case opened at Craigside farm
Police respond to more disturbing incidents of crime

A case of arson was opened by a woman on March 12 at Craigside farm who was awoken by her neighbour, telling her that her outside building was on fire.
Police believe that her ex-boyfriend, who has been threatening her, could be responsible. Damage is estimated at R6 000.
In other crime news, a woman was beaten up, allegedly by her husband, after returning from hospital here she had undergone an operation. She was beaten by y her stick-wielding husband who accused her of having an affair opened a case of common assault. A man has been arrested.

Theft of goats in Sibongile
A thief cut through a fence and stole two goats valued at R10 000 from a kraal at Ezibayeni, Sibongile. A manhunt is continuing.
