2 dogs viciously killed in Ladysmith
It is believed that dogs in the area got into the yard and ripped the pets apart

Two dogs were brutally killed in Newlands Road on Saturday morning, April 28.
The owner of the house is currently not living at home, and friends of the owner go every day to feed the dogs and check if they are in good condition.
But last Saturday morning, they were shocked to find the two dogs, a crossbreed and a sausage dog, literally torn open by other vicious dogs.

It is believed that dogs in the area got into the yard and ripped the pets apart. There were signs of a dog fight, as you could see blood trails and fur all over the front yard.
The friends of the owner immediately contacted Annamarie Koen from the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL), who immediately responded.
When Annamarie got to the house, she found the crossbreed dog dead and the sausage dog barely alive. The latter had to be put down due to the severity of its injuries.
Annamarie issues an appeal to the community: If anyone saw or heard anything, please contact them regarding this matter so they can investigate what happened.
