The learner was later treated for shock

Video footage has emerged of teachers at the under-siege Dundee Junior Secondary School rushed to assist a Grade 2 learner how teachers say was confronted by a snake at the school that sprayed venom in his face.
The teachers washed his face at the school before taking him to the hospital where the boy was treated for shock.
The latest incident at the school sparked another round of protests outside the school on Oldacre Street and outside Education offices on Watt Road and on Bulwer Street.
Parents are demanding that pupils be accommodated at the old Forestdale government school now being used by Education officials. However, Education officials are steadfast in their view that prefab classes will be put for the children while Dundee Junior Secondary School goes under a much-needed renovation.
