BREAKING NEWS: Traffic to Newcastle Airport halted by N11 collision

Traffic to and from the Newcastle Airport is backed up following a collision on the N11 this afternoon.

It is believed a truck and a vehicle collided near the turnoff to the Landfill site, which resulted in the vehicle crashing into another car.

Traffic officials are on scene and diverting traffic. Delays are expected.

It is unclear if any injuries were sustained by motorists involved.
