Dam levels looking good in Ladysmith area, with Spioenkop at 100%

The latest dam level readings for the Ladysmith area are looking good as we head into the winter months.

Rainfall has been fantastic during summer, which has elevated the levels in most nearby dams.

Here are the most recent recorded levels from this week:

Spioenkop Dam is at 100.1% and is overflowing, with Driel Barrage Dam at 95%.

The water level in Woodstock Dam has picked up and is currently on 97.6%. Sterkfontein Dam is 96% full.

The lowest dam in KZN is Goedertrouw, which is at only 46.4%.
