Sarel: Grade 9 Info evening great success
Parents of Grade 9 learners were invited to attend so that they could learn more about all of the subject choices available from Grade 10.
On August 16, Sarel Cilliers hosted the annual Grade 9 Subject Information Evening.
Parents of Grade 9 learners were invited to attend so that they could learn more about all of the subject choices available from Grade 10. Department Heads presented their subjects and career options. Parents were also given information about career choices so that they could make informed decisions about the future of their children.
The turnout was wonderful. The hall was packed with learners and parents.

Action Cricket
The Sarel Cilliers action cricket development team almost won their 5th game of the season against log leaders Flotex.
The team is growing from strength to strength and narrowly lost many games. Congratulations boys! Kairav Dheena and Vasegran Naicker excelled with the bat, scoring 50 in their skins, whilst the top bowlers were Kavir Bhartu, Ayush Ramdutt and Huzaifa Chenia.
