Grade 10 learner to participate in International Science Fair

The principal, staff, learners and members of the SGB wish Mandisa well, as this is an enormous achievement for her

Mandisa Mathebula, a Grade 10 learner at Windsor Secondary School, has been selected to participate in the Eskom Expo for Young Scientists International Science Fair (ISF) which will be held in Gauteng from October 2 to 6.

Mandisa’s project focuses on the harmful effects of sugar and she explores the remarkable benefits of an alternative to sugar, the Stevia plant.

Mandisa is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and helping them to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

She expresses her heartfelt thanks to her mentor Mr RG Reddy, her educator Miss LB Boodhoo, principal Mr NR Rampant and the rest of the Windsor Secondary staff who have assisted her this far.

The principal, staff, learners and members of the SGB wish Mandisa well, as this is an enormous achievement for her, as well as the school.

Her dedication and enthusiasm have brought great honour to the school and everybody is extremely proud of her.
