Ladysmith Secondary School’s (Lasec) Consumer Studies learners recently engaged in a practical lesson showcasing their culinary abilities in the kitchen.
“I’ve long believed that good food and good eating is all about risk,” said educator Mr Bihaspat. “Whether we’re talking about unpasteurized Stilton or raw oysters, food for the learners has always been an adventure.”
