St Gregory Primary grade ones say cheese

The day started off with a cheese tasting and a lesson on cheese making,

On September 17, the grade ones from St Gregory Primary enjoyed a day out in the fresh country air at Swissland Cheese situated on the Midlands Meander in Balgowan.

The day started off with a cheese tasting and a lesson on cheese making, followed by a dairy talk and the learners were given an opportunity to feed the bigger goats.

The learners thoroughly enjoyed playing with the kids and learning about how cheese is made. The day ended off with a scrumptious picnic.
