DHS spray for CANSA

DHS hosted a sprayathon in order to raise funds for people who are fighting cancer.

On Friday, October 26, DHS hosted a sprayathon in order to raise funds for people who are fighting cancer.
The school is proud to announce that the learners had a very positive attitude towards this cause and it definitely helped with raising awareness and creating an empathetic generation of youngsters.
All the proceeds went to CANSA and learners enjoyed a fun-filled day of recreating their images for a day in order to help this cause.
DHS would like to thank  all the organisers and participants who made this a successful day!
Kiana Sadaw – best in the country
Head Girl, Kiana Sadaw, and Grade 9 learner, Chirag Singh, both from Dundee High School, excelled at the recent Public Speaking National Finals. The event hosted by the South African Literacy Association on October 20, in Witbank, Mpumalanga, attracted learners from various provinces. Chirag performed extremely well and she was placed third in the Grade 9 category. Kiana participated in the Grade 12 division and she emerged as the National Winner. Her topic ‘Suffering in Silence’ highlighted the reality of teenage depression and suicide.
