David Allen visited the grade sevens at Estcourt Primary School two weeks ago.
His aim was to equip the learners with the most basic techniques on how to defend themselves and how to use those techniques to protect themselves from dangerous situations.

The grade sevens found Mr Allen’s talk very interesting and listened attentively. The talk ended with loads of fun as different groups practiced their newly learned defence techniques.
