Accounting Solutions to spread festive cheer

Giving is not just about making a donation, it’s about making a difference

As the festive season approaches, many already start shopping for presents or plan what they’re going to eat for lunch on the day.

However, there are many families who go hungry every year, and who never receive a gift their entire lives. It’s these people that the Christmas Hamper Initiative aims to bring holiday cheer to this Christmas.

Every year staff from Accounting Solutions hosts a donation drive for the less fortunate. “Giving is not just about making a donation, it’s about making a difference,” said Trisha.

The Wasbank Clinic identifies needy families every year who are most deserving and the team help them. You too can make a difference by donating toys, clothes, blankets, toiletries, tinned foods, instant porridge, rice, maize meal, samp, candles, sanitary pads and pet food.

For more information, contact Trisha on 034 218 2044 (during working hours) or Lani van der Mescht on 083 697 3333.
