Saying goodbye at Drakensview Pre-Primary School

The highlight of the event was the graduation where each pre-schooler received a certificate stating the School Readiness Programme had been completed

Drakensview Pre-Primary recently held their end of year function for the parents in the school hall.
The children entertained the parents with singing and poetry.

The Yellow group with their teacher Ms Hodgson and Mrs Naidoo.

The highlight of the event was the graduation where each pre-schooler received a certificate stating the School Readiness Programme had been completed.

 

The Blue group with their teacher Ms Sithole and Mrs Naidoo.

Mrs Florence Dladla, who has been a cleaner at the school for the past 25 years, is retiring at the end of the school year.

She attended the function and was presented with her retirement gift. The school wishes her a happy retirement and a good rest after so many years of hard work.
