Christmas came early for 7 destitute families in Sithembile

"Thank you Mr Ndabandaba for giving us an early Christmas present, your offering has shown us that we are not just indigent people, but that we are also humans before anything else," said Phindile Maphanga, one of the recipients of food parcels.

Festive cheer arrived in Sithembile this week thanks to Umzinyathi’s District Municipality manager,  Sipho Ndabandaba,

Working together with employee, Valencia Harrison and Sithembile resident, Thulani Lekgau, were able to identify those less fortunate and brought smiles and tears to the faces.

 

Ndoni Nkosi and his children were delighted to receive the food parcels from the MM.

A teary Mr Nksoi, one of the recipient, : “We are very happy about the MM’s gesture, my family and I really appreciate what he has done for us, may God bless him abundantly”

The Maphanga family welcomed the MM’s food parcels with both hands.

Miss Ntuli cried when she saw her food parcels and sent her heartfelt gratitude to Mr Ndabandaba.

The Sithole family living hide their happiness when they received their food parcel from Umzinyathi Municipal Manager, Sipho Ndabandaba.

Gabazile Khanyile a single parent from Sithembile also sent her heartfelt gratitude to Mr Ndabandaba.

Busisiwe Nxumalo with her children and her sister’s children were happy to get the food parcels.

Little Nosipho and Enhlemahle Mbatha were delighted for their food parcel.
