The prize consisted of two children’s chairs that were sponsored by Afzal Mooeni Qawal.

The draw was held at the Estcourt News office last week and staff members assisted with drawing the winning tickets, in the presence of the organisers and fundraisers of the event.

Farouk Bux and Radika Dubaram were the lucky winners.

Yadav Dubaram accepted the one of the chairs on behalf of his mom Radika Dubaram.

Ramika Peerbhay and all the organisers convey their sincere thanks for the community support and everyone that made the fundraising possible. She added that the delay in drawing the winners was due to delivery and transport.
