BREAKING NEWS: Body of vagrant found in CBD
Business people were concerned that the vagrant's body sat on the pavement for hours and was not screened from view by onlookers.
The body of a vagrant was found on the pavement just off Sutherland Street this morning.
The homeless man is known to business owners and workers in the area, who often assisted him with donations.

He appears to have died overnight from unknown causes.
One businessman expressed disgust that the body was not screened from view, and had sat on the pavement for almost three hours at the time while onlookers gathered.
“I wanted to call his family one time but apparently he had none.”
