Ladysmith Secondary School’s (Lasec) Consumer Studies Grade 10 learners recently engaged in a practical lesson showcasing their culinary abilities in the kitchen.
The learners also had to remember their recipes and follow all relevant procedures in the kitchen. The pupils stated that they don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients.
After all, no one is born a great cook; one learns by doing and experimenting.
