Ward 24 (Inkunzi) residents marched to the uThukela offices on Thursday (January 24) demanding answers regarding the problems they are currently facing.
There are major water issues in Inkunzi, with no water supply for the residents.
They are also demanding that speed-humps be erected in their area, as many community members’ lives have been lost on the roads.

About 200 people gathered at the top of Murchison Street and made their way to the uThukela offices to hand over a memorandum.
Thereafter, they also marched to the IFP offices in their quest to have their issues resolved.
