Sunday life savers at Sai Blood Donor Clinic

Sai Organisation and SANBS officials welcomed donors with a smile

Blood donation is seen as a selfless act. Donors give a gift from the heart, without any monetary compensation.

Thanks to the generosity of blood donors, people who require life-saving blood transfusions can live another day.

First time donor Jenavin Sebastin supported Sunday’s blood donor clinic.

On Sunday, the Sai Organisation teamed up with the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) to host a blood donor clinic.

The venue was the Forderville Primary School Hall. Regular and new donors were invited to donate a pint of precious blood any time between 10am and 2pm.

Sai Organisation and SANBS officials welcomed donors with a smile as they completed the compulsory documentation before rolling up their sleeves and donating a pint.

Altogether 30 donors attended with 28 pints of blood being collected. The Sai Organisation thanks everyone who attended and supported this worthy cause.
