WATCH: Gift of the Givers distributes 300 relief packs in Rensburgdrift

300 people gratefully accepted food and hygiene packs as well as warm blankets to chase away the winter chills

Ululation and gestures of gratitude greeted the Gift of the Givers team this morning when they visited Rensburgdrift to distribute 300 packages.

Residents received a food parcel, which contains grocery essentials like tinned foods, a hygiene pack with soaps and lotions as well as a warm good quality blanket.

A long queue was formed and residents gratefully accepted the donations before heading home.
