Ladysmith racers in the thick of the action at Dundee ‘drags’

Racers from all around the country, including Ladysmith, flocked to the Dundee airfield to put their metal machines to the test

Endumeni Motorsport Club hosted yet another successful drag racing event on June 30 in the form of the Winter Challenge 1/4 Mile.

Racers from all around the country flocked to the Dundee airfield with their metal machines, ready to tear down the 1/4 mile strip.

From supercars to fast bikes, they were all there to clock the best possible times on the day.

Dragsters from Ladysmith also attended the event, finishing in top positions.

Avinash Harpal, who was born in Dundee but moved to Johannesburg, notched up the fastest time in his lightning-quick Nissan GTR.
