Learners got straight to it last Tuesday, rolling up their sleeves to be part of the blood donation process.

The scholar clinic managed to reach 45 units of blood, with 54 learners attending.

The target for the clinic was set at 38.

Five new learners were welcomed as blood donors.

“The learners achieved the target and it has been a pleasure. They were well motivated by the school staff and willing to donate to this cause,” said blood clinic co-ordinator Mr SM Dawoonarain.
