‘Mr Happiness’ and volunteers clean up town
Eugene Mahlaba believes a cleaner environment is everyone's business.
Eugene Mahalaba and his band of volunteers were out in force to clean up Dundee’s inner-business area on Sunday.
Eugene, who works at the Umzinyathi District Municipality and is also known as ‘Mr Happiness’, has made it his mission to spruce up the town.
