Oscar Hlatshwayo murder case postponed until March next year

Simingaye Oscar Hlatshwayo’s murder case has been postponed until March 2020.

38-year-old Hlatshwayo was gunned down in February this year at the intersection of Francis and Harrismith Road.

In a telephonic interview with Ladysmith Gazette journalist Sindiswa Buthelezi, the State prosecutor, Advocate Selepe, revealed that the case will resume next year March in the Madadeni Magistrate’s Court.

Advocate Selepe is representing the late Simingaye Oscar Hlatshwayo, who worked at Alfred Duma Local Municipality as a technical director.
