The school year was closed off in style at Glencoe Primary School (Violet) recently. At this occasion, the school held its Grade R graduation and honoured its top achievers.
The Grade Rs braced themselves for big school next year, with a special show which left parents and teachers proud. Learners sang, danced and modelled, putting their best feet forward as they stepped into the new year.
The awards evening also was a highlight for parents and teachers, with the school’s top learners taking home the trophies and proving hard work does indeed pay off.
